This product can be used both as a traditional overhead shelf or as a base for mounting additional accessories, organizers, or bags (attached from the bottom or front of the shelf).
The bent edges of the metal shelf prevent expedition gear from sliding off during travel. The mounting holes allow you to adjust the shelf height. The storage shelf does not obstruct the view in the rear-view mirror. It comes with a removable vertical divider that further prevents items from shifting while driving.
