For our latest Toyota Land Cruiser 100 (Lexus LX470) project, we created a functional overland drawer system that combines generous cargo space with a comfortable sleeping platform inside the vehicle.
Four-Drawer Overland System for the Land Cruiser 100 and Lexus LX470
The overland drawer system designed for the Toyota Land Cruiser 100 and Lexus LX470 provides plenty of organized storage space for gear on both short trips and long-distance adventures. It features four cargo drawers with adjustable dividers, making it easy to organize 4x4 and overlanding gear. Rubber mats inside the drawers help prevent stored items from shifting while driving, while the top surface is finished with a durable carpet lining. The drawers are equipped with locking mechanisms that keep them securely in place in both the open and closed positions.
The system is built around heavy-duty aluminum profiles, providing excellent strength and load-bearing capacity. Another key feature is the use of aluminum profiles with T-slots, allowing additional lighting, off-road accessories, and other equipment to be easily mounted. The entire overland drawer system has been designed with durability, high load capacity, and convenient access to stored gear in mind.

One of the key features of the system is its sleeping platform. When set up, it creates a flat sleeping surface, allowing the vehicle’s interior to be used as a practical and comfortable place to sleep. This solution combines generous cargo capacity with the ability to quickly convert the vehicle for camping, without sacrificing the functionality of the four spacious drawers.
The overland drawer system is mounted using the vehicle’s factory mounting points, eliminating the need to drill into or modify the vehicle body.
