For the Ford Bronco, we designed and built a comprehensive drawer system featuring two cargo drawers and a dedicated slide-out drawer for a portable fridge.

The drawers are fitted with adjustable dividers for convenient gear organization, while rubber mats help prevent equipment from shifting while driving. The fridge slide is compatible with the Dometic CFX3 35, CFX5 35, Yolco GCX37, and other models of similar dimensions.
Aluminum Drawer System Construction
The entire system is built on a rigid aluminium frame made from structural profiles, providing excellent strength and high load capacity. The top surface and infill panels are also made from aluminium, with the upper section finished with sound-dampening carpet. The drawers feature locking mechanisms that secure them in both the open and closed positions.
T-Slots for Mounting 4x4 Accessories
The frame also incorporates T-slots for mounting off-road accessories, lighting and expedition gear holders, while the complete system is installed using the vehicle’s factory mounting points.
Expedition Shelf for Ford Bronco
The Bronco was additionally equipped with an overhead expedition shelf, providing extra storage for lightweight gear and frequently used accessories. Its lightweight yet durable construction makes it suitable for both off-road adventures and everyday use.
Compressed Air System with Dual Compressors
The setup is completed by an onboard air system powered by two compressors, discreetly installed in the space beneath the storage system.
